Mr. Berry represents executives, high-earning individuals, and sometimes companies in all aspects of employment law. Although some clients come to Mr. Berry seeking only counseling or assistance with negotiations, he will also represent clients in matters that proceed to trial.

In Mr. Berry's employment litigation practice he will take on a wide variety of complex employment litigation for a broad range of clients and all areas of employment law, including trade secrets and unfair competition, non-compete agreements, discrimination and retaliation, wage and hour claims, contract and tort claims, and advice and counsel.
